Barracuda Resort Umm al-Quwain, Umm al-Quwain

I had an amazing time at this resort, which felt more like a home away from home. The hospitality was exceptional, especially from Mr. Hari Krishnan and the rest of the staff who went above and beyond for us. The outdoor space, particularly the swimming pool, was fantastic and provided entertainment for my son’s birthday. However, I’d suggest better safety measures for pets and children, as we encountered a few concerns regarding leashed dogs. Overall, it’s a great place for families, but a few improvements would enhance the experience even more.

The outdoor facilities like the volleyball and cricket fields were great for group activities, and the swimming pool offered a perfect spot for evening dips. The food was absolutely delicious, and the hospitality from the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. However, I found the need for some room updates and improvements in the variety of services offered.

The Barracuda resort is a fantastic place to unwind, especially for families. The recent renovations have made the interiors look amazing, and the new massive pool is perfect for kids. However, while the staff is very accommodating, the food options during Ramadan were limited, and there were some houseflies around which could be bothersome. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would definitely come back with family and friends.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, even arranging a birthday cake for my daughter. However, I did notice that the noise from the nearby pool could be disruptive at times.
